点评：Before booking the trip, we have read all the glowing reviews and recommendations about Safari Specialists on tripadvisor forum, and we are glad to report that they deserve all the praise they've got.
Erica, our advisor on the trip, was simply stellar. She was always extremely responsive, and is very knowledgeable on all the camps and concessions in Botswana. She made some very good suggestions on camps and nudged us in the right direction along the way, and kept us updated throughout the booking experience, on how the wildlife/gameviewing experience/weather conditions would be. She was also very helpful when we had a date change quite some time after our initial booking. Her team also welcomed us and sent us off on the ground at Maun, and made sure we got onto our subsequent flights.
The trip ultimately turned out to be the experience of a lifetime. If you are considering a trip to — which we wholeheartedly recommend — you should absolutely book with Erica and. Thank you and we looking forward to returning!
