点评：I'm giving you the highest rating even though I have some constructive criticism, which I hope you'll accept in the spirit for which it is intended. First the good stuff. The staff and boat crew are as good as it gets. They are the strength of this operator. The boat crew and dive masters are exceptionally qualified. Dive briefings were thorough and they followed all the best practices one would expect from a top tier dive operator. Plus, they are a ball to dive with and to be around. I think they had as much fun as we did. The boat itself is top notch and able to handle rough water, and keep you safe. Back at the she shop, the office manager and even the cook for the cafe were terrific. Plan to have breakfast and lunch at the shop, the food is tremendous. The diving itself is beyond spectacular. We did 8 coral/wreck dives, and the reef itself will simply blow you away in terms diversity of critters and healthy and vibrant coral. It exceeded all expectations. On the needs improvement side of the coin is organization. We spent far too many hours sitting around waiting to go out. The delays included no fuel for the boat, no NITROX at the shop, boat getting back in late, because it departed late for the previous dive. We departed so late one afternoon that we had no choice but to turn the second dive into a night dive. It is disrespectful to your clientele to tell them to be at the shop at 1pm, and make them wait around until 3-4pm before being ready to depart. If delays are due to weather, that's one thing, but you know the boat runs on fuel and you knew months in advance we were diving on NITROX. Even if diving is delayed, call your customers and update them on when to be at the shop. These issues are all fixable, and I hope you take steps to improve on them. I'm sure we will be back and I would not hesitate to book with you again.
