点评：Merganser Tours organised everything from our airport pickup to hotel choices and tour itinerary.We were pleasantly surprised with the warm welcome with garlands at the airport and a quick transfer to our hotel.All hotels were Five star with half board .All meals were excellent with buffet dinners of a variety of 50 food items or a la carte with a five course meal which was delicious . Our favourite hotel was 98 Acres in Ella.The entire tour was in a private air conditioned vehicle with a Driver assigned to us for the entire trip Out Driver ,Niroshan was humble and very knowledgeable.He was receptive to us traveling with children and accommodated all our requests.We felt like a family on a road trip with all the stress of checking in to each hotel taken over by Merganser Tours.We arrived at each hotel and while we sipped on our welcome drinks,Niroshan presented the hotel vouchers and we were handed the keycards.The trip had a lot of driving but it was well planned with mini stops at each point of interest. The trip was very well structured with a daily itinerary so we knew what to expect.We requested optional extras of the whale watching at Mirissa and Niroshan organised our 5am breakfast and fetched us early for the trip .We felt safe the entire trip and because of its structure from a reliable,knowledgeable agency ,with messages in between the tour enquiring if we had any concerns,I feel our time was optimised and we were blessed with an unforgettable holiday.Thank you Lionel and Niroshan for everything .You will come highly recommended to all our family and friends in South Africa .
