Not 5 star, barely a 3 star!
Alexander House & Utopia Spa的点评
点评：I have been here approximately five times and each time if has become more shabby and run-down! Not worth the money and avoid at all costs.
- slippery, slimy floors everywhere, just gross.
- outside hot tub so hot, nobody lasted
more than 5 minutes
- jets in inside hot tub not working
- my treatment - so hot in the room, I asked for the temperature to be changed. Air con put on. It was then insanely cold. Never asked regarding the pressure of my massage, I had to say, please be firmer. Some of the products irritated my skin and gave me a burning sensation.
- found the fact the the coffee machine gets put away at midday ridiculous. I just want to easily get another cup of coffee.
- my lunch was lovely
All in all, nowhere near for star. Nirvana spa for the same price knocks the socks off Alexander House.
Such a shame, I used to love it there!

总的来说，连一颗星都配不上。同样价格的Nirvana水疗中心远远胜过Alexander House。
真可惜，我以前可喜欢去那儿了！
