点评：A few days before my booking I received a message from this company saying they’ve had to switch me to a 16:00 instead of a 16:15 tour and were offering a free glass of Prosecco.
I agreed to this since it is dusk by around 16:15. At around 15:45 we arrived on the spot for the boat tour. Note that there is no office, it is literally just the pier for access to the small boats.
Nobody in sight, I texted back and called, but no response for a while. Nobody anywhere in sight, eventually at 16:00 on the dot they sent an email cancelling the booking due to weather.
Nothing wrong with the weather, more like a lack of customers I guess. So it seems if you make a booking with this company it will be a real gamble as to whether they will actually take you on the tour.
There are other reputable companies offering boat tours in Gdansk, I would suggest taking your business there since this one will just waste your time and mess you about.
The worst was yet to come, Viator, who I booked with wasn’t even instructed to make a refund. Luckily I had the screen shots. Imagine, cancelling and taking your money. Awful company!
