点评:Great day with our guide Hiro — equal parts historian, traffic controller, and professional cat herder.
We hopped on a bus from Tokyo and made our way out to Mount Fuji — which, thankfully, decided to show itself instead of playing its usual “mysterious cloud-covered celebrity” role. From there, we took a gondola ride with views that made everyone quietly pretend they weren’t just there for the photos.
Next up was a cruise on Lake Ashi — a pretty surreal setting that felt like something out of a postcard… or a very well-planned tourism brochure (which, to be fair, it kind of is).
Hiro kept the entire operation running like clockwork — on time, on track, and packed with interesting info the whole way. Not an easy task when you’ve got a bus full of tourists who are equal parts curious and easily distracted by snacks and scenery.
All in all, a smooth, scenic, and seriously well-run day.
