点评：This is an awesome place to visit! Especially for the physically fit! Make sure you have comfortable shoes, cool clothing if the weather is warm and stay hydrated! There is a very long but beautifully well crafted wooden walkway all the way out to the tallest sand dunes in the Northeast! Exciting to see! There were kites sitting on the dunes for the kite school that obviously practices there. Lots of benches to sit along the way and a large covered gazebo at the end to view kite flying and the dunes. From there if you are game, you can hike up to the dunes and see over the top, we did not bring water and were not physically up to the challenge but sure it was worth it! A very beautiful area with lovely foliage and lots to explore. Like being in the desert! Lots of parking, bathrooms, beverage vending machines and foot washing station. It is free to visit and potential to be crowded as bus tours were coming in as we were leaving.
