Cancelled Tour and Still Waiting for a Refund

点评：I booked the Bazurto Market Cultural Experience (shared tour) with Beyond Colombia and paid 195,000 COP in advance.
The company later informed me that the tour would not take place due to lack of the minimum number of participants, which I fully understood. I clearly stated that I was not interested in a private tour and requested a refund, since the service was not provided.
Despite multiple follow-ups via WhatsApp and ample time to resolve the issue, no refund has been processed to date. I have already checked with my bank, and no refund request has even been initiated by Beyond Colombia.
This is extremely disappointing, especially for a company that positions itself as professional and reliable.
At this point, the issue is no longer the cancellation itself, but the lack of communication and failure to return the payment for a service that never happened.
I hope this review helps other travelers be cautious and encourages the company to resolve pending refunds more responsibly.
