Dont agree with reviewer who said he heard airplanes all the time and couldn't see much Are you kidding? Fabulous zoo. Huge. if you want to see it all, rent a little scooter to take you around easily. Otherwise pick a few animals you like best, its still plenty to see. Separate exhibits based on parts of the world. African area has a tram to see lots of animals easily. Gorilla/Congo mountain forest area is amazing, may cost a few bucks. Worth it. Up close with gorillas who check you out! Okapis too, very cute. Same exhibit. Interaction stations everywhere to educate you. Great photo ops. World of Birds has so many colorful birds I could not take it all in. Definitely see this zoo. We missed Himalyas but it does have snow leopards, wow. Just couldnt see it all. Cafe has good food, not junk. amazing! Gift shop good too. Lots of stuff for children and teens. Take cab or subway from Manhattan to Bronx and visit this zoo by all means, even if you arent with children. We splurged on a cab, took maybe 20 to 25 minutes to get there.

我不认同那位评论者所说的“一直能听到飞机声，而且几乎什么都看不到”的说法。开什么玩笑？这真是个超棒的动物园！规模庞大。如果你想参观所有区域，可以租一辆小型滑板车来轻松游览。不然的话，挑选几个你最喜欢的动物展区就好了，照样能看到很多有趣的东西。动物园按世界各大洲划分了不同的展区：非洲区有有轨电车，方便游客轻松观赏众多动物。大猩猩/刚果山地森林区也相当出色，虽然需要额外付费，但绝对物有所值。可以近距离观察大猩猩哦，它们还会好奇地打量你呢！长颈鹿羚也非常可爱，它们都在同一个展区里。各处都设有互动体验区，能增长知识。非常适合拍照留念。《鸟类世界》展区里有大量色彩斑斓的鸟类，我简直看不过来。绝对值得一去的动物园！我们没能参观到喜马拉雅展区，不过那里确实有雪豹，太酷了。只是实在看不过来太多内容了。园内的咖啡馆提供美味的食物，绝非垃圾食品，太棒了！纪念品商店也很不错，有好多适合儿童和青少年的商品。从曼哈顿搭乘出租车或地铁前往布朗克斯，一定要来参观这座动物园哦。即使你没有带孩子也没关系。我们奢侈地叫了出租车，大约20到25分钟就到了那里。
