点评:Not quite 3.5 so it did not merit the extra star. It's small museum, probably beloved by local residents and caters more to that taste. Certainly you can get a feeel for the local history and important families that founded the Taos 'scene'. Interesting to see it as a repurposed library, and a nod to the WPA/CCC era. Aside fro local history there is some interesting art, including a salon style display room which is always interesting to see (though difficult to photograph if the object that catches you eye is hung high). Totally meaningless installation of someone's idea of a chapel - if you really want to see what can be done with the concept go to the Blanton in Austin - that's a concept!. Parking is on the side street, then you walk a couple hudred feet; not really bothersome
