However, by around 11:00 AM, every chair had been “claimed” with towels, and the three of us were never able to find a place to sit. We were there for quite a while and repeatedly noticed many chairs sitting unused for two to three hours, despite being “reserved.” At times, we couldn’t find a spot to sit, yet it felt like nearly 80% of the chairs were empty but unavailable.
Because of this, I wouldn’t consider returning. It creates an environment where people feel they need to claim chairs early and leave them unattended, which takes away from the overall experience.
It might be worth considering a better system—perhaps designated areas with benches or storage for personal items—so that chairs are actually available for guests who want to use them, rather than being held all day.
I really wish we had taken a photo, as it would clearly show how many chairs were left unused while guests were unable to find seating.
The bistro was absolutely fabulous and reasonably priced, which was a highlight of the experience.
Unfortunately, the shower facilities in the change rooms were very limited. With only three showers available, and NO change rooms (have to use the bathroom) there was often a long wait if you wanted to shower at the end of your spa visit. At the same time, guests are asked to rinse off before entering the hydrotherapy area—which makes complete sense—but in reality, many people are not going to wait 20 minutes in line just for a quick pre-shower. why others finsihed their end shower.
This creates a bit of a disconnect between the expectations and what is realistically manageable with the current setup.
