The line through customs was very long. But I texted with the driver when we almost at the end. Baggage claim was very disorganized but we finally got our luggage. It was at this point that I got a text from the driver that he had left. I tried calling his number several times, but no answer. I have contacted Welcome pickups with this problem and have been told that unless I get airport verification that the lines were long, they would not refund me.
I have used Welcome pickups in Seville and Dublin and they were always great. I am so disappointed and have filed for a refund from my credit card.
