点评：WOW what a lovely experience.7/8/2026 11am departure Utilised a return trip ticket on SeaRoad Ferries to spend week on Mornington Peninsula before returning to Ballarat. From Online booking which was easy (I am a senior with mobility issues but drive a car) All needs were met in a pleasant, courteous manner.
Staff we dealt with at check in Queenscliff side were Welcoming and VERY helpful especially lady in booth whose name escapes me but she ensured I got park near lift on board .The trip was really lovely made more so by the Quality of the food on board BIG plus. I had pre purchased a pastry and coffee and was pleasantly surprised by Quality as they were so delicious and fresh Danish's, Coffee was perfectly made and HOT. Return trip was exactly the same staff welcoming and Very helpful, Great Ambassadors for SeaRoad Ferries PLEASE use this wonderful service that is Reasonably price when you counter balance the "lack of stress" driving through Melbourne ,Tolls costs and petrol used to go through Melbourne city to get from West to East of Bay or vice versa I calculated I saved heaps on Blood Pressure, about $100.00 on petrol $50.00 on Tolls and I was where I wanted to be in half the time and arrived relaxed .

在昆斯克利夫码头办理登船手续时，工作人员都非常热情且乐于助人；尤其是一位记不起名字的女工作人员，她特意帮我安排在靠近电梯的车位，真是太贴心了。这次旅程真的非常愉快，船上食物的品质更是为体验增色不少——这绝对是个大亮点。我事先购买了糕点与咖啡，结果它们的品质令我惊喜不已：丹麦酥饼既美味又新鲜，咖啡也冲调得恰到好处且热腾腾的。回程时情况也完全一样，工作人员依旧热情友善且乐于助人，真是SeaRoad渡轮的出色代言人啊！考虑到无需为穿行墨尔本的交通状况而操心，这项服务的价格也相当合理，所以强烈建议大家也来体验一下吧。以前，要从海湾地区的西边前往东边，或者反向而行，都必须穿过墨尔本市区，这样既产生通行费又耗费大量汽油。经我计算，现在我省下了不少开支：汽油费节省了约100澳元，通行费也省了50澳元。而且我用一半的时间就抵达了目的地，整个人也轻松不少。
