点评：Hey Paul, just wanted to say thank you for organising such an incredible trip for us all. We had a fantastic time and for Jamison and myself, the chimpanzees in Kigale were the highlight. We’d definitely do it again with Journeys and will surely recommend your company to friends and colleagues of ours.
Sam is a world class professional. We felt incredibly safe and in capable, trustworthy hands with him at all times. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient answering all of our questions and dealing with the groups indecisiveness. He never seemed frustrated or tired despite doing 10-12hr days at the wheel and was always there to accommodate us. The small things were noticed, opening doors, ensuring we were all safe in the vehicle before driving, making sure the vehicle was always locked, secured and that our bags all made it in at each accommodation point.
We watched how other guides acted with their guests and my girlfriend and I definitely felt Sam was the most professional in the way he was presented and behaved yet still found it easy to enjoy a conversation, a laugh and to share stories with us in the car and at meal times. Regardless of how long his days were he always made time for us and made sure we knew the plan for the day, what to pack, where to go and how long we would be driving / hiking etc. He is a true asset to your organization and a phenomenally kind and outstanding guide.
Thank you again for all your work in accommodating our changing itinerary and we hope to journey with you again soon.
