Our time in Ketchikan wouldn’t have been the same without Cruin and his incredible “Wee Tour of Ketchikan”! From the moment I first reached out to him, the booking process was seamless and professional. He was communicative, helpful, and made planning a breeze.
When we stepped off the ship, there he was, waiting for us in his traditional kilt, with the warmest smile and a friendly, welcoming energy that instantly put us at ease. He greeted me and my parents like old friends, and we felt immediately cared for.
Cruin drove us around in his private minivan, sharing not only the main landmarks but also hidden gems and stunning natural sights. He is someone who truly loves what he does. You can feel it in the way he speaks about the land, the people, and the history of Ketchikan. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, and it seems like he knows everyone in town!
What made this tour extra special was his kindness and sensitivity. My mom has some mobility limitations, and Cruin took extra care to ensure she was comfortable and could enjoy every stop. He paced the tour really well and was always attentive to her needs.
We got to see so many highlights, including a family of eagles (he knew exactly where to find them!), bears, waterfalls, and jaw-dropping scenery. He even introduced us to some lovely locals and shared personal stories that made us feel connected to him, his family and the community.
