Amazing 2-Day Hike with an Exceptional Guide

点评：We had an amazing two-day hike from Lushoto to Mambo Viewpoint with Usambara Mountains Eco Tours and our guide Rashid.
Rashid was an excellent guide. He was incredibly attentive, always making sure we were comfortable, and really went out of his way to show us as much as possible. He has an amazing eye for wildlife – we saw 13 chameleons, monkeys and many other interesting things along the way that we definitely would have missed without him.
Another highlight was the picnic on the first day. Everything was delicious, especially the homemade guacamole that Rashid prepared for us! You could really tell that he put a lot of effort into making the experience special for us.
We also loved getting to meet local people along the way and seeing how they live and work. It made the hike feel much more authentic and gave us a great insight into everyday life in the Usambara Mountains.
The second night at Mambo Viewpoint Lodges was another highlight. The view was absolutely incredible and the perfect way to end the hike.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend Usambara Mountains Eco Tours – especially with Rashid as a guide!
