Disrespectful guy - never again - horrific experience

点评：We booked a Tour directly on the Internet homepage from this organisation. Surprisingly he wrote me on the 27th of march the meeting point and time for the following day, allthough we booked the tour for the 28th of May. I told him the correct date and sended him the picture with the approval. After that he didn't reply on questions, if the tour is gonna happen for us at the 28th of may. We tried to contact him several times via WhatsApp and his contact formular, but he didn't answer me. He answered once, as my wife wrote him a message (he didn't know her number) and said that our Tour will Start with us at the 28th of May. One day prior the Tour I wrote him again to get sure, that the Tour will Happen, but again - no answer. However, we went early in the morning to the Meeting point and time as we knew from his First message, but he wasn't there.
We tried to call him many times - no answer. We wrote him every day - no answer. We met a man, who knows him - no answer. Our Hotel tried to contact him - no answer.
In his WhatsApp Status New pictures every day. This Shows us, that he is active in WhatsApp. His behaviour is disrespectful to us, especially because we paid the Tour in advance. We just want our money back from this guy. All in all it was a horrific experience with this guy.
