Worst Travel Company to Ever Exist

点评：Whatever you do, DO NOT book a tour with this company.
This was honestly one of the worst travel experiences my family and I have ever had. From the beginning, they constantly pressured us for payment and business. Once they received the money, their entire attitude changed and we were completely ignored.
We paid an extremely high amount for this trip. After calculating the actual costs myself, it became clear that they were making well over 150% profit while providing terrible quality in return.
We specifically requested 4- or 5-star hotels, yet every hotel we were placed in was filthy, poorly maintained, and located in unsafe or unpleasant areas. In my country, these hotels would not even qualify as 2-star establishments. We traveled across more than 4 cities and stayed in 4 different hotels, and every single one was a disaster.
The biggest issue is that the hotels looked decent online, but the reality was completely different. The photos were misleading and the actual conditions were shocking.
To make matters worse, once we raised concerns, both the owner and the consultant assisting us ignored our messages completely after receiving payment.
If you are a foreigner, please be especially cautious. In our experience, this company took advantage of the fact that we were unfamiliar with the area and delivered an experience far below what was promised.
I would never recommend this company to anyone! Please! They only after your money, and they will make you stay in absolute filthy hotels.
