点评：Absolutely useless, I desperately wanted to buy a Nikon D850, a camera that has been on my wish list for years, I saw a great deal with a very attractive payment plan online, I filled everything in, did everything correctly, I was well within the criteria for the plan and yet every single time I tried to complete the purchase I got this error message at the bottom of the screen, every single time it wouldn't go through!
I contacted, via email, the "customer service" team and they were the most, lazy, useless, unhelpful bunch of uncaring, indifferent idiots I have ever encountered. I was asked for screenshots I sent them, they wanted more info I provided it, yet the offer expires on the 5th May and every reply I got was "Try again later" "Just go to a store and buy it there" "Blah!"
Hello??? I live in Storkow, I have no car, this is why I WAS using the online shop, isn't this what it is there for god sakes? So I at this point I phoned and was told the camera is sold out, I then contacted the 3rd party seller and they said it isn't.
So what the hell is going on? I sent a furious email demanding a manager look into this and contact me personally, and oh what a surprise, no reply!!!
I have never been more furious over the complete indifferent and laziness of people of those which my money pays their wages!
I am a passionate and driven photographer, I want to setup a business with a better camera, here is the opportunity and Media Markt just screwed that for me! Their staff are just arrogant and don't care!

我从未如此愤怒过，那些拿着我钱的人竟然如此冷漠懒惰！
我是一位充满热情和干劲的摄影师，我想用一台更好的相机创业，这本来是个好机会，结果 Media Markt 却毁了我的好事！他们的员工傲慢无礼，根本不在乎顾客！
