点评：We had an amazing experience with Fortview Holidays. We booked our tour through our local tour operator, who arranged the Kashmir bookings with Fortview. During our 5N/6D package, we stayed in 3 different hotels. When we arrived at one of the properties, we were informed that an entire floor was unusable due to a drainage blockage issue, so we couldn't check in. They suggested an alternative hotel, which we didn't like.
We spoke to our local operator, and Nisar from Fortview called us, offering a better and newly built property with a suite upgrade and lunch included, as we had only booked the MAP plan.
The new option was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Our driver, Showkat, was fantastic. He was very courteous and experienced. He drove us across Kashmir at a good pace while maintaining control. He was quiet and well-mannered, keeping to himself and not speaking throughout the trip, which is uncommon for most drivers. Attaching a photo of Showkat that I took when he was showing us one of the amazing detour location!
