点评：If you are staying local and decide to walk.....forget it, Google maps do not show the gradient of the hills🥵. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile and a glass of wine, the first of the tasting. After a few minutes we were aksed to come into the tasting room and shortly after, once all had arrived, the Tour/tasting started. Our host was Graeme, extremely knowledgeable, articulate and friendly. We were giving plenty of information on the Vineyard, it's history and employee's, how the vines are tendered too, what makes the different grapes, so much detail was given, we went out to the vines, again plenty of detail given by Graeme, moved on the were the wine was produced, the red grapes from the days pick were being worked on the staff so we see the processes close up, with detail provided by Jeremy, the winemaker. After the rest of the tour, taking in the vats and barrels processes we returned to the tasting room where we were provided with a further 4 wines to taste, each having detail of what grapes etc were used and what tastes you could expect. Overall we found the whole tour to be really informative, and excellent host in Greame and a beautiful location....oh, and the wine was very good also. Would definitely
recommend....thank you all
