Definitely returning! (Wine tour and barn one-night stay)

点评：We booked onto the premium wine tour and tasting, as well as staying for one night in one of the barns (Amberely). The tour was booked as part of a gift voucher, of which we had no issue with arranging with Woodchester Valley. The Vineyard was initially a little tricky to find as it is off the main road where the shop is located (and where Apple Maps tries to direct you to!). It’s a short, narrow and steep drive up to the vineyard which has plenty of free parking. The tour itself was fabulous; our tour guide was very knowledgeable, the wines were fabulous (are were the pairings) and we learnt loads! We had a glass of reserve cuvée to start, then a selection of 4 wines (1 sparkling rosé, a blanc de blancs sparkling, a premium bacchus white and a pinot précoce red) with nibbles (cashews, almonds, sun dried tomatoes, excellent marinated olives and fava beans). All pairings were divine too. There were discounts on wines after, although the prices for us were still quite steep. Our stay at the accommodation was as impeccable; they literally thought of everything (games, wines ready to drink, local recommendations, vineyard walking guides, umbrellas…)! We were extremely impressed with the accommodation and log burner, and wished we stayed longer! We were already talking of coming back before we even left!
翻译：我们预订了高级葡萄酒之旅和品鉴活动，并在其中一间谷仓（Amberely）住了一晚。这次旅行是使用礼券预订的，我们与伍德切斯特谷酒庄（Woodchester Valley）的安排非常顺利。酒庄一开始有点难找，因为它不在商店所在的主干道上（苹果地图也会把你导向那里！）。通往酒庄的路很短，但很窄而且很陡，不过那里有很多免费停车位。这次旅行本身非常棒；我们的导游知识渊博，葡萄酒（以及搭配的菜肴）都非常出色，我们学到了很多东西！我们先品尝了一杯珍藏佳酿，然后享用了四款葡萄酒（一款起泡桃红葡萄酒、一款白中白起泡酒、一款优质巴克斯白葡萄酒和一款早熟黑皮诺红葡萄酒），搭配小食（腰果、杏仁、风干番茄、上等腌橄榄和蚕豆）。所有佐餐都堪称完美。之后酒水有折扣，但对我们来说价格仍然偏高。住宿体验也无可挑剔；他们真是考虑周全（游戏、即饮葡萄酒、当地旅游建议、葡萄园漫步向导、雨伞……）！我们对住宿环境和壁炉都非常满意，真希望可以多住几天！甚至在离开之前，我们就已经在计划下次再来了！
