点评:My wife and I went to the food section, there was a customer in front of us, she was attended to, at this, we were busy deciding what to order, when we had fully decided, we both raised our heads to such a horrific reproval stare from the lady "Domfothi" (If this is even the real name, because both her and the 'manager' do not have name tags), we pretended everything was normal and ordered, she filled the takeaways with food to the point that they could hardly close, I enquired why she did not ask as typically they would ask as they are weighing, she retorted we were both looking down on our phones she did not have time to do that, "if you want you can go to the manager!" she added! I never expected she would go that far, I felt very disrespected as a customer and, went to the manager, where I got the worse disappointment, firslty when knocked at the office all of them facing against the door, busy on their laptop disregarding my greeting, my concerns. After about 2 minutes one of them came to me, she did not apologize, instead told me the lady has that attitude because they are short staffed - This was not supposed to be my problem but this is how the manager, "Shalati" (as stated this is probably a fake name, no name tag) handled my complaint!
This is my first time having such kind of service in PnP stores! My advice, if you want an enjoyable shopping AVOID them, there are other great supermarkets in the mall!
