Stylish Building, Yet Service and Cleanliness Were Unsatisfactory

点评：I really liked the location and the apartment design. The lobby was clean, and the building had a modern, stylish look. It is located in the heart of the city, close to many restaurants and well-known brand shops. In fact, everything you need is nearby, which makes the location very convenient and enjoyable.
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The apartment was not very clean upon arrival. I called the staff around eight times to request bathroom cleaning, but no one came initially. When they finally arrived, they only wiped the area with a cloth and did not use any proper cleaning materials.
Several facilities in the apartment were not working. The electricity switches, telephone, table lamp, and refrigerator were faulty. The kitchen kettle was very old and needed replacement. I also requested fresh towels, but they were never provided.
Additionally, the hair dryer was not working, and the iron was broken. Although they eventually replaced the iron, it caused unnecessary inconvenience. The bedsheets were not clean, and the ironing board was in poor condition.
Overall, the maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service were far below expectations. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.
