Reliable, well-run driving range with great facilities
The Range @ Curlewis的点评
点评：I’ve visited The Range @ Curlewis at least 20 times and it’s always a solid, enjoyable experience.
As you’d expect with a busy driving range offering close to 20 bays, it can get a little noisy during peak times — but that’s all part of the atmosphere. Parking is easy and never a hassle, which is a big plus.
Lots of targets to hit at, and good feedback from the trackers in each bay for your hitting stats. Good seating area with room behind each bay, and you can order food and drinks from the bar or directly from your bay.
You can login too with the ball tracking and do much more, but I haven't done that.
A couple of practical tips for anyone visiting:
* If you're here to hit balls (as opposed to X-Golf or mini golf or just the cafe), it’s worth getting the free range card and loading credit onto it, as the pricing works out a bit better when you use it at the ball machine.
* Booking online is the easiest option and lets you choose your bay. Bays 1–9 are especially handy as they have the auto-tee feature if you use that with your driver.
* Earlier in the day you’re facing east, so be prepared for the sun to be directly in your line of sight.
I’ve only eaten here a couple of times, but the food has always been good for this style of venue. The burger I had on my last visit was delicious and made for a great lunch after my hit. The cafe/dining area is HUGE so there's plenty of room.
Overall, a reliable and well-run range that I’m always happy to come back to.
