点评：We booked transport through Falcon Tour Travel for our office team during a weekend corporate retreat, and the whole experience was handled very professionally from beginning to end.
Instead of sending a standard minibus, they arranged two luxury MPVs for our group, which gave everyone much more space and comfort during the journey. Both vehicles arrived early in the morning exactly as scheduled, freshly cleaned and very well maintained. The leather seats, quiet atmosphere, and smooth ride made the trip feel much more premium than we expected.
Our drivers were friendly and patient, especially when a few colleagues were running late after breakfast. They stayed calm, helped with luggage, and made sure the journey stayed on schedule without rushing anyone. The drive itself was comfortable, and the overall organisation helped the day start in a relaxed way rather than feeling hectic.
A lot of the team mentioned afterwards how convenient and comfortable the travel arrangements were. It genuinely added to the overall success of the event, and we’d happily use the service again for future company outings.
