Terrible customer service and impossible to contact

点评：Bought our daughter a gift voucher for a headspa with a paid for add-on blowdry.
She tried to call several times, as did I, and also sent an email to confirm that she’d like the blowdry following her headspa (was unable to do this online as this add on is no longer offered,) but she received no response / reply / telephone call.
When she arrived, she was told that there wouldn’t be time for the blowdry so she asked if she could come back for the blowdry on another date. She was told that to do that she would have to book another treatment! So, she asked if the blowdry add on could be refunded but was told that this wasn’t possible as it was a gift voucher… so, she was reluctantly offered a quick dry at the end so that she didn’t leave the salon with wet hair.
She was then told that a standard beautician wasn’t available so she was asked to pay an extra £10 for the more senior member of staff! (Which she paid as she now felt uncomfortable and just wanted to enjoy the treatment as much as possible.)
The headspa itself was lovely but was definitely not the relaxing treat that we paid for.
I have tried to call on two different occasions since, leaving a message for the manager to call me and still nothing..
