From the very beginning, communication was clear, friendly, and reliable. During our self-drive safari, we encountered a few technical issues with the vehicle — something that can happen on rough roads — but what truly stood out was the exceptional support we received.
Whenever a problem occurred, help was organized immediately. Fortes Africa stayed in constant contact, arranged experienced mechanics, coordinated with park gates, and made sure we were never left alone — even deep inside the Ngorongoro area and Serengeti.
If you’re planning a self-drive trip in Tanzania and want a company that is reliable, responsive, and truly has your back — even in the middle of nowhere — this is the one. We would definitely rent from Fortes Africa again on our next trip.
