Booking canceled without refund

点评：strongly advise caution when booking with this company. We had a reservation for 5 people in February, which was cancelled by the provider. Despite the cancellation being on their end, they refused to refund our deposits.
During the booking process via WhatsApp, we were never informed that the deposit was non-refundable or that it was allegedly for "insurance purposes" (as they claim now). We only learned about these "rules" after the jump was cancelled.
The company's only solution was to reschedule, which is completely useless for us. We are a group of friends living in different countries who planned this entire trip specifically for this jump. We spent a significant amount of money on flights, accommodation, and car rentals, only to be left empty-handed. To make matters worse, this was supposed to be a birthday gift, which made the disappointment even more painful.
We have sent email pointing out that withholding information about a non-refundable deposit is unprofessional and legally questionable, but we are being ignored.
To the management: Please check your inbox and address our emails. We expect a fair resolution and a refund of our deposits for a service that was never provided.
