点评：Booked for 8 12/13 year olds to celebrate a birthday.
Although the girls enjoyed it, we were told that they would be watched and helped if needed, the girls wasn’t given any help and felt like they were just left to it.
The place was absolutely freezing, we also were expecting a group picture to be taken etc, just something to take home
This wasn’t done. I feel like the whole experience could have been a lot better for £145. The waiting room needs a big improvement, maybe a screen to watch for the parents if they aren’t taking part.
The staff member was polite enough but felt like he couldn’t really be bothered.
The girls mentioned that the only clues they were given were out of sinc with what they had already worked out. However it was funny listening to them trying to work out things. I just think for the money we paid for one hour, it could have been much better. Wouldn’t book again.
