点评：⭐ 1 star — and honestly, even that feels far too generous.
If Google allowed me to give -5 stars, I would do it without hesitation.
This was one of the worst spa experiences I have ever had. From the outside, Cvotre Spa looks modern and presentable, which gives you the impression that you are entering a professional and hygienic establishment. Unfortunately, that impression disappears the moment you enter the Hamam area.
The hygiene was absolutely DISGUSTING. The smell was horrible, and the condition of the Hamam area was shocking. This is supposed to be a spa where people come to relax, clean themselves and feel comfortable. Instead, the environment was so dirty and unpleasant that it looked more like a neglected public toilet than a professional spa.
And the worst part wasn't even the condition of the place — it was the complete lack of professionalism from the owner.
We paid for a service expecting a certain minimum level of cleanliness and professionalism. When I personally explained our complaints to the owner, I expected at the very least an apology, an explanation, or some attempt to make the situation right.
Nothing.
No apology. No concern. No solution. Nothing.
The impression we got was that once they had taken our money, our experience no longer mattered.
A business can have an off day. Something can go wrong. But when basic hygiene is missing AND the person responsible doesn't even seem interested in listening to customers, that's a completely different level of poor service.
The contrast between the modern appearance from the outside and the disgusting condition of the Hamam area inside makes the experience even more disappointing. It feels like the appearance is designed to attract customers, while the actual service and hygiene do not live up to it.
I strongly recommend looking at the negative reviews carefully before spending your money here. Unfortunately, our experience was bad enough that I would never return.
Terrible hygiene. Terrible customer service. Zero professionalism. Extremely disappointing.
Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its customers.

没有道歉，没有关心，也没有任何解决方案。什么都没有。
我们的感受是：一旦他们收走了我们的钱，我们的体验就变得无关紧要了。
一家企业偶尔出现状况、出点差错也情有可原。但当最基本的卫生标准都得不到遵守，且负责人似乎也毫无意愿倾听顾客心声时……那种服务水平简直差得离谱。
从外面看旅馆外表现代时尚，但内部的浴室区域却脏乱不堪，这种反差让整个体验更加令人失望。感觉上，其外观设计只是为了吸引顾客，而实际的服务质量和卫生状况却根本配不上这种外表。
我强烈建议大家在在此消费之前，务必仔细阅读那些负面评价。很遗憾，。我们的体验糟糕到我再也不会光顾了。

省下钱吧，去一家真正尊重顾客的地方吧。
