点评:We scheduled two seats on a shuttle from Santa Elena to Nosara several weeks in advance. We got an email saying our pickup time was 8:10am and that we could pay via cash or PayPal and should pay at the driver.
Our driver arrived at 8am, angry we were not in the lobby, and even though we were in the van before 8:10 (our actual scheduled time), he kept repeating that we were late. We showed him the email with the correct pickup time, he did not want to hear it. He asked why we hadn’t prepaid, we showed that the instructions said to pay at the driver and that we could use PayPal. He insisted only cash, I showed him the email again. He argued and huffed. He finally agreed yes, fine. As we were using the hotel Wi-Fi to pay, he drove away and ignored us asking him to stop for 30 seconds so we could finish paying him.
He became increasingly hostile and was actively badmouthing us to other passengers as we were trying to pay — after 5 minutes with him we just said forget it and got out to book another shuttle. Save yourself the grief and skip this company!!
