Used to be reliable, now terrible

点评：Incredibly disappointed with recent issues given they mostly provide a reliable service. Had a horrible driver refuse to collect me from the agreed point and left me stranded after midnight, hanging up on me then lying to his office saying he couldn’t find me.
I was so grateful to receive a call from their office asking if I’d like another car booked, and after I explained what had happened he said he’d pass it over to a manager. I emailed the next day to thank him for his kindness and reiterate what happened, got almost an immediate response saying management would get back to me after the weekend. I waited 2 weeks before chasing, and I haven’t had a response since (over a month now). I only asked for the driver to be removed from my options in the future.
I’ve been using Uber more since but used them again recently and the driver was 15 minutes late and tried to charge extra! Uber is far more expensive but I don’t want to waste time on this inexcusable service anymore.
