点评:I went with a friend using vouchers given me for my birthday. Ian was very welcoming, and gave us an excellent session, entitled 'Flavours of Asia'. Everything was efficiently organised for the 5 recipes to be completed during the morning. We did all the preparation and cooking ourselves, under Ian's supervision - doing is definitely the best way to learn! The kitchen is spacious and easy to use. On this occasion there were 4 of us participants (Ian can take up to 6), so the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, and we were able to learn a lot along the way, asking questions as they occurred to us. I came away with lots of ideas for new recipes, and enthusiasm to branch out to new ingredients too . . . I had never cooked with Kimchee or Jackfruit before. At the end of the session we ate our delicious dishes outside in Ian's beautiful garden. Thank you, Ian!
