点评：The address listed in Booking is not correct. We found ourselves in a field at night. My mobile phone battery ran out just before arriving at the hotel. I was surprised to see the huge gate closed, everything fenced off and absolutely nobody about. Nobody answered the official phone listed (using my partner's phone) We were about to drive 4 hours to Barcelona at night, when someone left the grounds in a car, so we drove in but couldn't access the hotel. I searched everywhere and by chance found a socket and charged my phone for 30 minutes. I then logged on to Booking and saw that the hotel had sent a message 5 minutes before we could check in. It stated a series of code numbers to gain access, which we then did. My partner was in tears and I was livid. Absolutely nobody was on site to help and nobody answered the phone. That is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not return.
In addition, the shower water pressure was dire and the hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. It was 36 degrees inside and out because the air conditioning doesn't work.
Lots of technology but nothing works as it should.
