点评:We have our last day in Thailand today and just tried the Sirinat National Park near our stopover hotel.
We walked to the admission gate and we greeted with a 200 BHT fee for my girl friend and I. We said we only wanted a quick walk around and weren’t staying long. As the two ladies were insisting we pay, I saw numerous vehicles entering the park having not paid a fee.
My gut feeling was to not pay, I thanked the ladies for their welcoming and turned around and walked away.
After nearly two amazing and memorable weeks this is the first time we were greeted with such high admission fees to just walk along and view a beach.
To add salt to the salt to the wound, we were chased along the nearby road by two vicious dogs as their old man owner watched on and smiled in amusement. So again, not the welcoming we expected after such a nice holiday in Thailand.
We are now sitting in a nice bistro enjoying a cocktail and will enjoy a swim soon in our 2 star roof top pool!
From the other reviews I’ve read, this is the much better way to spend our last hours hear as it doesn’t seem as though we’re missing much at this National Park.
