Everything you need for a good workout and a relaxing recuperation!
The Ritz-Carlton SPA, DIFC的点评
点评：Really enjoy going to workout in the Ritz gym and relax in the Spa facilities upstairs. The Gym and Spa staff are always so friendly and pleasant. It truly feels like being welcomed home every time I walk in.
The gym is maybe a little compact but has everything you need to ensure that you have a good workout. There are also refreshments available (water, coffee, detox water and even green apples!) The relaxing indoor pool is just next door (tip: go early morning and you will have the place to yourself!)
I particularly recommend one of the gym trainers called Shithin. During our sessions, he always knows just how far to push me but at the same time remaining very attentive to my overall physical capacities, which is really what you need from a professional trainer right? Calm and discreet, he gives me the encouragements I need when I feel like giving up. I definitely feel like I am progressing which is awesome. I cannot thank him enough.
Special treat today. I was feeling a little sick with my energy levels down. My gym session was slightly more challenging than usual. Seeing that I was struggling, Shithin called a wonderful lady called Alakh. She prepared a fresh ginger and lemon hot drink for me. It was probably the best I have ever tasted. Totally comforting and delicious. A great pick up.
Big thank you Shithin and Alakh for taking care of me like that. It made my day! The Ritz hotel can be proud to have such attentive and committed people like you among their staff.
