点评：I booked the baby and toddler swimming today which is 0-3 years as my daughter isn't keen on bigger children splashing and messing around in the pool near her. I booked onto the baby and toddler session at 1pm until 2pm. Before the session was over more families entered the pool with children older than 3 and started to mess about. Me and my daughter left the pool 5 mins early due to her becoming uncomfortable. Upon leaving a lifeguard switch was happening where he told a bigger child no diving. I explained to the lifeguard (Daniel) that they shouldn't be in the pool as it was baby and toddler. He then shouted no it's family fun they have wrist bands on in which I showed him mine and said yeah so do we for the baby and toddler. He said it's only baby and toddler during the week and he should know because he works there. His attitude is absolutely disgusting. Shouting at a woman like a piece of rubbish Infront of her young daughter. Poor customer service. Absolutely disgusted in this experience today. You book swimming sessions for a reason. Health and safety issue not manning the pool properly.
