点评:I heard a lot about the hotel so I planned to visit it on December 23. When I arrived I met a lady her name is Ichrak as the receptionist said that she is incharge of the reception i booked 2 rooms then she told one room is available now and the other room late on will be available and will give you the key. FYI( the tike was 15:30) so I went to the room and I did the spa almost till 9 pm no one give me the key of the other room. So I used only one room. Then tomorrow I went to extent one more day I told them please I need to talk to ichrak as said she is incharge when I found another guy was incharge she was normal staff because they said their is no room available then the guy incharge. I got upset but I wanted to thank MR Imad F&B incharge for his great hospitality. In the end I want to pay the bill of the room they gave me a wrong bill then I was waiting more than 45 min. Really very bad experience I got it from the reception team.

其他工作人员都非常专业。
