Great for Gobi not the North of UB

点评：It has taken me some time to write a review of this tour company we went in July 2024. But thought i must as a duty of a seasoned traveller.
The 4 of us went on a 17 day tour with Naadam Festival.
It started really well with the first week in the Gobi then the Naadam Festival. However everything went terribly downhill after. The biggest mistake a tour company can make is not offering comfort after setting initial expectations. Our view of the tour went from 5 star to instant 0 star the moment we step out of the Murun airport with an underperforming car that couldn't even fit our luggages and cramping 6 people in a car on a super bumpy road that took more than 4 hours (should have been a 2 hours drive but the car was so useless it took longer than it should) to arrive at a below par destination.
Lots of negatives in the 2nd week but the company did in the end try their best to amend at the end but the hurt and disappointment is hard to forget and still now lingers. Great stories to tell.
If you do choose this company, I'll say stick to the Gobi and near UB which was awesome. Don't go with them to the North to the lake. Nothing to see there anyway.
