Horrible experience and not what was promised

点评：Ruined our trip to Nusa Penida - did not provide us any of what they promised in the itinerary, and put us through the ringer in our 48hrs on the island. Our driver barely spoke English and couldn't explain where we were going or what our itinerary was. Our itinerary was not appropriate for the amount of traffic, and we did not get through half of it. Our snorkeling tour went from private to public, without further clarification, and was a sad affair with barely any notable fish sightings. Our hotel was supposed to have 3 beds, and (with no explanation) we were given a room with 1 bed and a cot and then driven to a sketchy hostel and shown to a scary 3-bed alternative; forcing us to find our own accommodation for the night. On our second day we were taken to a beautiful beach which required us to descend steep stairs down - except, despite their being a well-maintained path down to the beach (which we only saw once we made it down), our driver took us down a rogue back-road, where one of us almost fell off the cliff and barely made it down and up using the poor pathway.
The lack of communication, awful planning and inability to fulfill the basics of our contract have left us disappointed and firm on never using this tour company again. Worst experience in Bali.
