点评：I am a regular customer at the Ormiston clinic and usually book dermaplaning appointments with my preferred therapist. Unfortunately, as she was unavailable this time, I was assigned to another therapist.
During the treatment, my skin was nicked in several areas, including my cheeks and jawline. When I mentioned that my face was stinging, I was told this was “normal.” However, this is not my first dermaplaning treatment, and I knew something was not right. By the time I left the clinic, I had multiple small cuts and some bleeding.
What disappointed me most was the lack of care and professionalism in handling the situation. No soothing cream or aftercare was offered, no supervisor was consulted, and there was no acknowledgement of the poor experience or offer to resolve the issue. Instead, I was simply asked to make full payment for the treatment. I now have to spend more on taking care of the compromised skin barrier.
I have always had positive experiences at this clinic, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future clients receive a higher standard of care and customer service.
