点评：I visited Ginza Sushiyu for the omakase lunch course through By Foods and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional quality of the sushi and the impeccable service.
From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was flawless—the attentive staff immediately offered to take my jacket and bag, setting the tone for a perfectly prepared afternoon. The wide-open counter design is visually stunning and creates an inviting, upscale atmosphere.
The culinary execution was outstanding, with the horse mackerel standing out as an absolute highlight of the meal. What truly elevated the experience, however, was our sushi chef. Not only did he serve a wonderful, masterfully crafted menu, but he also took the time to carefully explain the preparation, presentation, and cultural significance of each dish in both English and Japanese. I never expected to walk away from a sushi lunch having learned so much about fish and Japanese culture.
Even before stepping inside, the team went above and beyond. When I got a bit lost and bypassed the entrance, the By Food staff were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly sending photos and the Google Maps link to guide me right to the door.
This was hands-down the most engaging, educational, and fun experience I have ever had at a sushi restaurant in Japan. Exceptional food, brilliant hospitality, and a stunning venue. I cannot recommend By Foods enough as I never would have known about Ginza Sushiyu!
