点评：I had the most wonderful trip in Turkey, it was magical and I would recommend this tour group. Sema was very meticulous in her arrangements and communication, was reachable and very professional. She always promptly informed the plan for the next day in advance and any adjustments were easily accommodated like change in timings of transfer to airport because of our flight delays. We had to travel multiple cities, many things could have gone wrong but it was well coordinated. The food arrangements were good.My tour guides, they were all lovely- Tulay, Gul, Mart and the tour guide from Cappadocia.
Tulay was very warm and genuinely caring- taking us to the right place to eat, suggesting where we had trouble choosing what to eat, taking us in the tram. She was enthusiastic and explained everything so well, gave us so much of information- especially in Hagia Sophia and in Topkapi palace.
Gul in Ephesus- she was so lively and bubbly, so much of fun to be around -full of energy - she made the experience really special.- explained everything really well.
Mart in Pamukkale - he also was a lot of fun to be around, took us to these beautiful places. It was an enjoyable experience with all of them. The only disappointment in this trip is we couldn't go on the hot air balloon because of the bad weather, we were taken to the site, there were many other groups there for the same. We waited for 30 min or 1 hour, don't recall- but got cancelled. The only thing I would recommend is , if anyone is planning the hot air balloon in Cappadocia please plan it on the months the weather is good and plan a few days there to increase the chance of not missing out the balloon experience. Fantastic tour agency and an unforgettable trip. I have fallen in love with Turkey.

在棉花堡遇到的Mart——他也很有趣，带我们去了很多美丽的地方。和他们在一起的体验非常愉快。这次旅行唯一的遗憾是天气不好，我们没能乘坐热气球。我们被带到了热气球起飞点，那里还有很多其他旅行团也在等着。我们等了30分钟或1个小时，记不清了，但最终还是被取消了。我唯一想建议的是，如果有人计划去卡帕多奇亚乘坐热气球，最好选择天气好的月份，并且多待几天，这样才能增加不错过热气球体验的机会。这家旅行社很棒，这是一次难忘的旅行。我已经爱上了土耳其。
