点评:This is a town street and storefronts stuck in time, say thirties, forties and fifties! Everything a downtown have from gas station, old cars, a myriad of retailers (some real, some not), a cinema, the pool hall, a hat shop, police department, police car and fire truck as well as a taxi cab, even a Greyhound bus, believe it or not, a Justice of the peace – this whole ensemble is strait out of a Dashiell Hammett novel or a Michael Curtiz noir movie (think Sunset Boulevard)! With every visit we make to Bisbee, we stop in and say hello to what’s left here and the memories that may linger. Somehow there seems to be something new in the midst at every visit. It seems that although it’s called a ghost town, with every visit, we encounter new ‘thing’ that did not appear being there the visit before. Either the townsfolk keep adding things to the town’s repertoire, or noir spirits are materializing. Make sure to visit this unique street just 2 minutes from downtown Bisbee it’ll walk you into the ‘Twilight Zone’.
