点评：An excellent company to deal with. From the initial purchase, Loucas kept me informed all the way.
I had booked the Victory 4 wheeled scooter to be dropped off and picked up at the Newport Bay hotel in the Disneyland park.
I received emails closer to the date to reassure me that I hadn't been forgotten and had an email on the day with photos showing where the scooter had been dropped off.
The concierge had the key, as informed, and showed me to where the scooter was.
We stayed in the Newport Bay hotel and it had an outside area undercover that had 6 plug points for scooters, so was easy to come back after the park and plug in overnight.
Received further email confirming the pickup date and time and then another, again with photos, showing it had been picked up and thanking us for using their service.
Any queries I had were replied to within an hour or so.
The equipment was like new. We went around the park all day and each time only used a third of the battery, so confident they would last well.
Everything was so smooth and reassuring, and the price was competitive too.
Will definitely use again when in Disneyland or Paris.
