Hello El Nido的点评
点评：Had a poor experience with Hello El Nido. I booked with them because they seemed to be well reviewed and have a decent online presence. I thought that maybe their boats would be better than others but as it is, it just seems to be the luck of the draw which boat you get assigned to for your tour. Ours was not good. It took ages to get out of the harbor, no one could understand anything the guide said, and we were left just waiting in the boat for long periods of time while the guide went off to check various things. He never communicated to us why we were waiting or for how long.
This may not have been the fault of Hello El Nido but the next day we did a tour through Mad Good and it was way better.
Hello El Nido charged us the Eco tax which was good for a week and promised to give us the tax form. They failed to do that, their office was closed in the evening and the next morning and they didn’t respond to text or WhatsApp messages.
