点评：I reached out to Marco a few months before we were going to be in Costa Maya on the Wonder of the Seas in May of 2025. He was great at communicating and earned our business.
Back story- My husband and I always book a private tour for just the two of us or our family, so we can see what we want to see, arrange the hours we want and specify any other special requests. We cruse at least 5 times per year and always look for the highest rated local private tours.
Before our May sailing, I broke a toe and was not comfortable with the walking involved and reached out to Marco regarding that. He was so upfront and honest about the walking and allowed me to cancel. I assured him, I would be back and use his company.
August 31st of 2025, we sailed on the seven day maiden voyage of the Star of the Seas and as soon as I felt like I could do the steps, I reached out to Marco again a few months before going. We had another couple join us on this trip, so it was four of us and we all loved our day with Marco and Sophia! They are the best!
The ruins are a great adventure, though lots of walking. They will stock the van with your drinks of choice and it’s a great experience! They are very knowledgeable of the area and just great people! Five stars!
