点评：I had such a lovely experience at the spa, and Ines genuinely made it stand out. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly and professional from the moment we arrived, and you can tell she really cares about making people feel comfortable and looked after.
What impressed me most was how natural and genuine her service felt. Nothing seemed forced or rushed, she was attentive, approachable and went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. It’s those small personal touches that turn a good spa visit into a memorable one.
The spa itself was relaxing and enjoyable, but Ines was definitely one of the highlights of the experience. She is a real credit to the team and exactly the kind of person you hope to meet when visiting somewhere like this.
