I felt like I was in the tv show where the comedian kept saying to the client the computer says no. I fell ill after using the sauna so asked the person at the front desk to call the emergency number on my account which is my husband's. She said that she could not find it. I asked her to find his number on my husband's account, to which she said I cannot find it. Shortly thereafter, she found my husband's number but then said ' sorry the phone is ringing', implying that she now cannot use the phone to call out. ...
I asked a friend for help and was the only person sitting in the lounge for the next 10 minutes or so and never once did she or any of the now 3 members of staff in the reception area ask me if I reached my husband or could they call my husband now that the phone had stopped ringing.
